I’m a research assistant in Microsystems Engineering Program at Masdar Institute for science and technology, UAE.
My research mainly focuses on low power memory devices. I work with Technology Computer Aided Design (TCAD) simulating tools to design and measure the performance of these devices.
I have acquired valuable knowledge and understanding of cleanroom environment during the fabrication process of my devices at UNAM, Bilkent University, Turkey, which allowed me manning various cleanroom equipment, managing data and inspecting the devices being fabricated.
I’m also interested in extending Moore’s law, fast switching devices, memories and memristive systems.
I have diverse hobbies starting from web development, web culture and social media to astronomy, directing and designing. I also enjoy keeping up with new gadgets and electronics and working on my electronic circuits .
